Robert Fallbeck, MBA – Executive Director
Robert joined The Crawford CAC as Executive Director in December, 2017. He holds a BS from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology (now South Dakota Mines) and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
Robert has broad leadership experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations. During his 20 years in the corporate sector, he developed and led teams in marketing, sales, administration, information technology, and contract administration for state, national, and international organizations.
Robert is very excited about his mid-career return to mission-driven work. He is humbled and inspired to be supporting the remarkable people who work tirelessly to prevent abuse and to help children and families who have been affected by child maltreatment.

Erin Valenti, BS – Office Manager
Erin has been with The Crawford CAC since October, 2023. She is a graduate of the Human Development & Family Studies program at CSU, with a concentration in Leadership and Entrepreneurial Professions. She also holds an AA in Early Childhood Education. Erin was an Administrative Assistant with the Center for Family Outreach and was a Youth Mentor and intern for Campus Connections at CSU. She also has several years of experience as a preschool teacher.
After being a stay at home mom for the last 3 years, Erin is excited to join the team and be a part of the work we do!
